Touting For Business at a wedding fayre.

When I put on a wedding fayre, or a sales event of any kind, I hold the exclusive rights to sell or grant  permissions for business marketing at that event, or on any online promotion associated with it or the Bridefayre brand.

Just as you would not be allowed to walk into a shopping mall and set up a table, you are not allowed to market or promote your business, charity or project at my event or the property where it is held without

• Paying the agreed fee up front
• Seeking, and being granted my permission or
• Entering into a reciprocal arrangement with me, documented and signed before the commencement of the event.

Failure to do this will result in a charge equal to one standard stand fee being raised, and pursued through the court as necessary.

This includes, but is not limited to

• Touting for your own wedding fayres
• Attempting to recruit resellers for your MLM business
• Touting for suppliers for your wedding planning business
• Posting flyers on cars in the car park

In simple terms, If you turn up to my wedding fayre, posing as a bride or other customer to then tout your own business, whatever it is, you pay me.

Also

Just as you would not be allowed to walk into a shop and place a poster for your own business in the window, you are NOT allowed to post your own details on any post, sponsored or otherwise, on my social media pages, specifically www.facebook.com/bridefayre or any events linked to it. Exceptions are

• Being booked into the event being promoted
• Having been invited
• Seeking, and being granted my permission or
• Entering into a reciprocal arrangement with me, documented and signed before the commencement of the event.

The penalty for doing this is a charge equal to one standard stand fee at the next event or the full cost of the current promotion, whichever is greater.

This includes, but is not limited to

• Touting for your own wedding fayres
• Attempting to recruit resellers for your MLM business
• Touting for suppliers for your wedding planning business
• Posting links to your own business
• Private Messaging the suppliers involved.

In simple terms, If you post links or adverts for your own business, whatever it is, on my facebook posts, if you decide to contact them to support your own business, you pay me usually between £80 and £120.

An invoice will be raised, you will have 7 days to pay and beyond that a statutory 8% Interest plus recovery fees will be added.
