Wedding Fayre Derby Nottingham Leicester Burton

Not just about wedding fayres.

The core bridefayre business is organising wedding fayres but I recognise that not only can a supplier not be at every fayre every time, but the customers cant get to every fayre. I therefore offer a couple of marketing options that are really stupidly cheap for my suppliers but offer invaluable help to the bride to be sourcing reputable suppliers.

Info or Goody bags are a great way to get your name out there, yes we accept that 900 of every 1000 flyers goes straight in the bin, that another 50 go in the bin within a week and then 25 follow them within a month. But it only needs 2 of those flyers to do the trick and it’s a job well done.

The Bride guide is now in its 3rd year, matured from a passport sized listing to a full colour A5 magazine, not only do the brides like it, the venues love it, it’s a handy directory of quality wedding suppliers, one they can use, can share and one they keep.

Flyer Printing - Nice and simple 1000 A5 flyers printed both sides to good quality paper is 50 - 2000 is 75

Flyers for goody bags

Let’s keep this simple shall we?

Flyers can be flat or folded, between A6 and A4, no home printed tat please.

Folded ones must come to me folded, I’m not folding them!

a cheap and nasty badly worded flyer says more about your business than anything else!

Winter Spring - I need them in my hand by 8am on the 8th December.

I’m telling everyone it’s the 1st to give them chance to catch up but I start packing on the first and we will not be retro packing, what I have when we pack is what goes in.

Summer Autumn - I need them in my hand by 8am August 1st

How Many?

Keep an eye on the emails.

Where to?

In a box, clearly marked,  to Bridefayre, Store first, Riverside Road, Derby DE24 8HY.

leaflets dropped in carrier bags will not be accepted

You have to be booked in for and paid up for at least one wedding fayre moving forward from the “when” date. I will consider including flyers for wedding suppliers not exhibiting, it’s 100 per season.

It can be a bridefayre wedding fayre, or a perfect weddings wedding fayre but if you are not paid up to date, they don’t go in the bags.

The Cost!

It’s 20 per flyer for exhibitors - got more than one flyer?

Stand more than one fayre or pay as per non exhibitors (above)

PRINT and PACK  70 for one thousand flyers printed Both sides of A5

What do we do with them?

In 2017, they are being handed out at all the Bridefayre and Perfect Weddings fayres covering Derby and Nottingham as well as the Derby one day show at the Arena.  I don’t believe you can get targeted coverage like this anywhere else for the price of one wedding fayre and 20

The Bride Guide

Printed twice yearly, the Bride guide is now printed to A5 landscape and offers wedding suppliers a cost effective marketing tool with a targeted delivery to active brides.

Free listings are offered to all suppliers who have attended one wedding fayre during the last season or are paid up for one fayre moving forward..

Suppliers are listed under up to three appropriate headings.

Advertising copy is available to suppliers who are booked in to at least one fayre moving forward and paid up to date the minimum of one standard “pitch”

17th July for Autumn

1st December for the new year

What are the advertising options??

All block ads are 30 for A6 portrait - bleed is not necessary as I’ll reduce them slightly to fit. CMYK at 300 DPI

Full Page Options

a half page of block ad and interesting objective and informed editorial is 45

I reserve the right to pick and choose editorial based on availability ( I can’t have 6 lots of “top ten tips for honeymoons” ) and “Why you need to book Dave Smith for your wedding DJ” is not editorial, it’s an advert.

Front and Back cover image

I need a nice set of wedding images for the covers but, I can’t have recognisable people in them for obvious reasons. The photographer will get a Credit on page one.

How Many?

Keep an eye on the emails. Usually 1000-1200 print run
